So when I got back from Chicago I was pretty... ok, VERY overwhelmed with yard work and Jami invited my whole family over the past two Monday nights to help me out with it. Yes, it took LOTS of people and TWO DAYS to finish my back yard. The front yard I did myself and took up many days and many nap times that I wished I was sitting on my couch reading a good book (and it's still not done!). I cannot thank everyone who helped enough for all they did, I could not have done it myself. Maybe I could have, but it'd probably be the middle of December and I'd have a hunchback. So, my family, thank you, thank you, thank you. I love you so much! You will definitely be blessed for your service! And someday I hope to repay the favor! Anyway, I promised my family before and after pictures so get ready for this....
Before (Andrew & Jenna)
After...Before...
After...
Before...
After...
Before...
After...
Before...After...
Before...
After...
And this is the big pile from all the mess...
Anyone have any ideas on what to do with it???
Thanks again family for everything, and thanks Matt for your mansaw! (Sorry Brandon and Kim, it was too dark so we didn't get any pictures of you!)
**Lots of our bushes and trees were dead so if anyone wants to come help replant things in the spring let me know! :)

So nice of your siblings to all come over and help out. It looks great!
Wow we did do a good job. And to think, I started it all. You don't need to pay me but you could make me some strawberry jam.
Honey, I just cried to think you were left with this and I bawled more when I saw the family and the after pictures. Thanks for posting these. I can't believe the pile of junk. You can call the city and they will tell you what you can do. I'm so proud of my children and their families. Thank you so much. Wow!
We should go into a family yard work business. Those before and after pictures don't even look like the same yard. Yay for it being done and finally looking nice!
Wow - looks like tons of work; glad you didn't have to do it yourself!!
I know how you feel! Ours was horrible...we still haven't finished our backyard yet
What a sweet family!! Your yard looks so good. I will have to come see it someday. I'm glad you had the help, it would have been a lot of work on your own.
