Silly Taya...

My friend, Shea, came over yesterday and we came down the stairs to this...

What a character.

What We've Been Up To

*Taya's been up to no good, as always. If you've read any of my previous posts you would know. But she is entertaining, I'll give her that much :) We sure do love her though!

This was taken on Super Bowl Sunday. She was "helping" Daddy BBQ outside apparently with no shoes on...

And of course, how did I know this would happen next? ...

*Dodger is growing so fast! He's such a sweet boy and so happy despite his poor lizard skin :( Hopefully it'll get better soon. And yes, all of his dark hair is gone :( It's all coming in blonde now, which is exactly what happened to Cam when he was a baby.

This morning Taya wanted to lay in Dodger's jungle gym with him, it was so cute :) ...

*Cam has been super busy with work and has picked up a new hobby ... barbeque! He LOVES it and I LOVE that he cooks :) We bought a smoker and he's been cooking with some BBQ professionals in Utah and I think is going to enter a contest sometime this Spring/Summer. We'll have to start taking more pictures of his masterpieces. I must say, he's getting pretty good at it!

*Ashley: I've been busy with sick kids and sick me, but have been OBSESSED with a few craft/refinishing blogs and have gotten some new motivation here and here . I have a few projects I've been working on, here's a sneak peek:

This is an old chair of, I think, my Great Grandma's. It came with a bedroom set that I already refinished for Taya, but I never took before pictures of it :( ...

This is my new purchase from KSL that will go in our nook. Can't wait to finish it! ...
Stay tuned for the finished products... hopefully sometime next week!

Sicky Sicky

I know I've been blogging a lot about Taya lately, but I just had to write this down because I thought it was so cute! ...

Taya's been sick since Sunday night and today she was bawling and I told her that chicken noodle soup would make her feel better. I cooked the soup and she immediately came over, took a noodle out and put it on an owie on her toe. :)
