A Hairdresser's Dream...

I couldn't resist...

Famous 8th grade part down the middle...

The Comb-over...

The Mohawk...

All slicked back...

No words can express how beautiful this do is...

And how his hair naturally goes...

And finally,
All bundled up after the torture :) ...

Halloween 2009

Halloween was a lot of fun this year even though I couldn't really do anything. I was SHOCKED that Taya actually wore her costume, she wouldn't a couple weeks ago but I think I tricked her good enough before she could notice it was on her! My parents were still here along with Jami, Jenna and Andrew so it was a lot of fun especially since I didn't have to answer the door :) Thanks Jami! Cam took Taya trick-or-treating and said that she loved it. He said she was nervous at first and wouldn't say trick-or-treak (or "turkey teet" haha) she'd just say "peassee" but she was obviously excited about the candy! When they got home Taya sat on a stool at our window and watched for "more people" to ring the doorbell. She was so cute, she loved handing out candy to all the kids. Anyway, here's some pictures...

The fam...

Tay and me...

Taya had to do a few practice rounds at our house before leaving to go trick-or-treating...

Off they go...

Missing out on all the fun...

Taya wouldn't hold still for a sibling picture, this was about the best we got. Sorry Taya, no suckers for Dodger yet! ...

This is what happens on Halloween night when your 2 year old has just finished off 2 suckers and who knows what else... they get all wrapped up in balloon strings and run in circles for 15 minutes...

And then they do this...
Classic!! :)

Home From The Hospital...

Me and Dodger got home on Monday, October 26th, after a LONG four days at the hospital! Long story short, I lost more than half my blood so they had to keep me a little longer. The doctor decided not to do a blood transfusion so I'm still really weak and tired all the time, and yes, white as a ghost, but what can ya do!? haha. It's really frustrating though, I'm getting so sick of being stuck in the house and not being able to walk up my stairs without panting. They said it'd take a few weeks for my blood count to go back up but I'm hoping it'll be sooner than that. Anyway, we're home and thrilled about it. Dodger is SUCH a good baby. Let's hope it's not the percocet!! Taya has been SO good with him, she gives him hugs and kisses all the time, but still tries to wake him up and steal his blankets. We'll have to work on that.

Getting Dodger dressed to go home, finally!!!.....

Dodger

Showing Taya the baby for the first time (she wasn't able to come to the hospital because of all the swine flu business)...

Lots of baby kisses...

This is the face Taya makes every time Dodger makes a noise, it's so cute :) ...

We came home to this that night, thanks Jami and Mom, sooo cute!! ...

Quick note: Thank you SOOO much to everyone who helped with Taya and everything else while we were in the hospital, we really couldn't have done it without you!!!
