A Dresser For Tiff

Cam's sister asked me to refinish a dresser a couple weeks ago, but she needed it to be upright to fit in their bedroom. I was stoked because I'd been eyeing one on KSL for a while, just waiting for my other projects to be finished. Anyway, after looking at the colors of her room we both decided on cream (shocker, I know). I was pretty excited about this dresser, it turned out so cute. Cam didn't want to let it go, haha! Never thought that day would come! Anyway, here are the before and after pics...

(Yes, it's missing one knob- it was screwed on so tight I couldn't get it undone yet, but was too anxious to take the pictures :) )
Don't you just love these eagle knobs... gag!

Tiff picked up the dresser last night, hopefully she liked it! :)

I've posted previously on my blog about my furniture class and on facebook, but if you haven't seen the info yet and are interested, click here, or really you can just scroll down a bit!

so, I can't make it to your class since I live in Michigan, but I really want to repaint my kitchen table (it got really beat up in the move). Any tips you want to share??

Ashley, This dresser (or chest of drawers) is so beautiful. How do you do it so fast with two little ones. I don't blame Cam for not wanting to give it up. I wish I could come to your class so bad. Maybe I'll learn something while you're here. Can't wait.!!! Another good job honey.

that is one sweet dresser. Wish I could come to your class but I work the night before and the night of...and it's probably for the best since I don't foresee us buying furniture to refinish and/or moving big pieces of beautiful furniture in the future. Maybe in the future you could make youtube tutorials for everyone who doesn't live close by. Also, we will have you guys over soon, I promise! Maybe this weekend or the next? Will call soon!
