Thought of the day...

Cameron and I watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition every week and on Sunday there was a family with a 19 year old son that was born without eyes. It turned out to be a really neat story, his dad taught him how to play the piano and now he plays the trumpet in a university marching band. He is absolutely amazing too! His dad wheels him around the whole field in all the formations and everything. Anyway, when they showed the pictures of this little baby without eyes, crying and trying to eat, I completely lost it. Taya isn't the best baby anymore, but I couldn't be more grateful for a healthy, beautiful little girl. Sometimes Cameron and I think we have it rough... and then we see things like that and realize how little our problems really are.

Taya LOVES Her Puppies...

We bought her this seat a few days ago and she loves being face to face with the dogs. She just sticks her hands out and grabs their fat faces. It's hilarious. The dogs seem to have a good time too :) (Don't worry, I clean her hands afterwards!)

Precious Taya

She woke up so happy from her nap

P.S. I Love You

Add ImageJami and I went snowboarding last week and got to meet this guy!! For those of you who don't recognize him, it's Gerrard Butler, or Jerry from "P.S. I Love You" and he's in "300" too. We were pretty stoked to meet him, he's a super nice guy! You can tell how excited Jami is in this picture :) Haha

5 Months

Who does she look like, Mommy or Daddy... ?

Fist in Mouth

This is where her hands usually end up :) She's starting to grab her toes too, it's cute!

Cereal Feeding

Obviously feeding isn't going so well :) It's taking her a little while to get used to, but she's starting to chomp down on the spoon now so I think that's a good sign!
